An entrepreneur with a successful track record in web hosting and e-commerce ventures, Sam founded ZeOmega in 2001 to address the need for a better way for health plans to conduct care management.

Since that time, he has evolved the company to become an industry leader in technology-enabled solutions for population health management.

Prior to founding ZeOmega, Sam led web-based solutions for American Airlines and The Sabre Group, including Air New Zealand, Swiss Air, Carlson Travel, and Travelocity. His background also includes development of business process and content management solutions for Gartner Inc., and Vice President of Technology for a medical management start-up where he designed and developed automated fax and web-based preauthorization solutions using decision tree-based algorithms.

Sam’s extensive experience in conceptualizing and reengineering business processes for medical management, event management, and content management has led to several publications, including “The design of fuzzy constraint-based controller for a dynamic control system,” which was accepted at the International Joint Conference of the 4th IEEE conference on Fuzzy Systems held in Yokohama, Japan. Other publications include “Connecting Stakeholders to Improve Care” in ADVANCE for Health IT Executives, and “Transition Care Management” in Managed Healthcare Executive.

Sam earned his MS in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, and his BS in Industrial Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.

Rakesh has over 20 years of experience in the Healthcare industry, where he has proven his versatility and value by driving the success of several internal departments including process management, quality control and client services. He has been with ZeOmega, a top Population Health Management company since the organization’s inception in 2001.

He also plays a key role in supervising Eldricare, ZeOmega’s geriatric healthcare management program located in India. Eldricare uses Jiva to manage the health status and well-being of parents of the Indian diaspora living in India. Rakesh is also currently overseeing ZeOmega’s infrastructure management and administrative services.

Anand has over 20 years of experience in Health Tech working for many initiatives and large Turn key projects in Healthcare sector for India, UK, Australia & USA. He is passionate towards serving healthcare sector and currently looking after Zeomega’s visionary venture Eldricare with a goal to serve the senior citizens and bring a positive change in their live.

He has been with ZeOmega – “A renowned PHM product company” – for the last 9 years. He started at zeomega to carry forward companies vision of a structured product management culture where he played a key role for 5 years before Zeomega picked him to lead Eldricare.

Before that Anand worked for CSC & iSoft where he has been part of NHS ambitious project iPM & Lorenzo which has been the key platform used by more than 30K NHS facilities across the UK for 2 Decades. He has been part of the core team designing the Lorenzo along with NHS Vision Team in UK.

He has worked for Apollo group in their Tech Company Apollo Health Street and earlier to that he worked for a start-up healthcare software company where he travelled across the country to Interview more than 250 Doctors & clinicians to understand the most realistic market need and then spearhead the design & development of their HMS Platform.

Anand has done Masters in Business Management from University for Allahabad. He has been selected by IIM Bangalore for their Launchpad Program Batch 11 for Start Ups as part of 32 Start Ups selected out of 18K applicants.

He has over 20 years of experience as a Orthopaedic Surgeon, and is a highly celebrated doctor in Mysore with high success rate and specific focus on Paediatric Ortho surgeries, his key interest is Scoliosis Paediatric Orthopaedics and he has done his fellowship in Paediatric Orthopaedics and in Spine Surgery.

She has over XX years of experience in the field of Endocrinology, and is currently Professor & HOD, Dept. of Endocrinology at M.S.Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore and Director of Bangalore Endocrinology & Diabetes Research Centre (BEDRC). She has an MBBS from Madras Medical College (Madras University), MD in General Medicine from Srirama Chandra Bhanja Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack. She has obtained her Super-speciality DM (Endocrinology) All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. She is an expert in Women & Child Diabetics and Endocrinology, and also has authored several books as well as contributed to text books. She has been involved in various global clinical trials and research studies.

She has over 15 years of experience practicing as a certified Nutritionist with a specialization in sports nutrition from International Sports Sciences Academy (ISSA) and she is also a certified in Functional Medicine from Belle Sante Institute of Functional Medicine.

She has experience of working in varied fields such as clinical research, clinical nutritionist in hospitals, teaching, and as a corporate nutrition counsellor. She comes with an experience of 10 years and believes in counseling patients holistically to bring about a lifestyle modification which is long lasting. Currently she is working with the senior population helping them change their quality of life through active nutrition management and lifestyle counselling.

He has over 22 years of experience as a specialist in facial surgeries and implants. He is a Professor & HOD of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in R.V. Dental College & Hospital, Bangalore. He is also a Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon at Fortis Hospital, Bannergatta Road, Bangalore.

He has over 27 years experience working as a Consultant Dermatologist in Chinmaya Mission Hospitals and other private hospitals. MBBS,1989,KIMS Bangalore MD ,1994,Govt Medical College Bellary.

He has over 31 Years experience practicing as Consultant General Medicine Physician in Suguna Hospital and SriVaru Clinics in Rajajinagar, Bangalore. MBBS – 1990 – Govt. Medical College, Mysore, MD(General Medicine) -1994 – Topiwala National Medical College & B. Y. L. Nair Charitable Hospital, Mumbai. He is member of Association Phyiscians Of India (API) and Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine (ISCCM).

He has over 15 years of experience as Patient-focused Surgical Gastroenterologist with specialized expertise in Upper GI and Minimally Invasive Surgeries. Dr. Preethan’s professional journey started at Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at KIMS Hospital and one of the Director at BIG (Bangalore Institute of Gastroenterology Hospitals) and a Surgical Gastroenterologist. Having been extensively trained in GI Oncology from KIDWAI memorial hospital.
